Taste: An elegant wine with a long-lasting finish. The well-integrated tannins and acidity provide balance, with black fruit on the palate and a hint of licorice.

Pairing: Lamb tandoor, beef brisket, pulled pork, pastrami sandwich, mature cheeses like parmesan, beef or veal ragù, Bolognese pasta, and shawarma.
