Oak-Aged Wine: Aged 15 months in French and American barrels. Vinified at source.
Origin: Valle de Guadalupe
Organoleptic Tasting:
Sight: Ruby red of medium intensity with paler tones at the edges. Clean and bright appearance.
Smell: Herbal starting notes such as thyme, marjoram, and bay leaf. When shaken, these notes become more noticeable and are accompanied by fruit such as raspberry, black cherry, blackberries, and a light note of coconut at the end.
Taste: It is a fresh and easy-to-drink wine, explosive in the mouth with a long-lasting aftertaste. The tannin, despite being present, is very bearable with the freshness of the wine.
Temperature: 17°C
Pairing: Aged meats such as serrano ham, salami, and sausage loin; semi-ripe cheeses such as manchego, pecorino, or gouda; leg panini pig; pesto pasta; meat in its juice.
