• • Smell: Ripe strawberry and currant. When shaken, the red fruit intensifies, accompanied by smoky notes, basil, and hibiscus.

• • Taste: It’s a wine with a fresh and light entry, with the red fruit very present, followed by a dry finish and a long lingering taste in the mouth.

• Temperature: 16-17°C
• Pairing: Ideal for a seared tuna medallion, beef tartare, Taco Governor, beef machaca, or a smoked turkey sandwich.
